Schedule a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of your business

Receive promotion on JCABA's website and social media for additional exposure

Celebrate with JCABA Board of Directors & Members at the event

Attendance of at least 1-5 JCABA board members and/or ambassadors

Host guidelines and responsibilities:

Set the date and time of the event (coordinate with JCABA to avoid conflicts)**

Create and send invitations and press releases to desired attendees

Determine which area dignitaries (if any) you wish to attend

Prepare an agenda

Offer food/beverage for guests
-
Arrange for a professional photographer, if desired

Share event details on social media

JCABA is not responsible for securing outside speakers, elected officials or media.
Events are to be scheduled Monday-Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm. Other times will be considered on a case by case basis.
